Wanted, 10.5 duck feather, king size with pockets no larger than 14".

Why this specific ?. Having just bought (and will be returned tomorrow) one such quilt with 18"/19"pockets, when held to the light, feathers drop down and leave much of pocket empty. The quilt that we already have, is not stitched constantly, consequently the filling drifts through making some pockets full, others quite empty.

Consider a wool one instead. No issues of the wool moving inside the fabric.

I've got a Siberian goose down duvet, bought from Viceroy bedding, it's absolutely brilliant, and no problems with the filling dropping at all, very well stitched. It was expensive right enough, but have a look at their website anyway, as they do various fillings.
