How do you remove rust from a bathroom sink, I think it is acrylic? Has anyone got any suggestions?

Try mixing thick bleach with bicarb of soda into a thick paste and spread it on (I use an old toothbrush or something similar). The bicarb should help it stay in place. Might be worth a try anyway.

How about gently rubbing rusted area with a pumice stone? I have used this on our bath with good results.0
