25% TF of total pension pot or per pension pot

I have three completely independent private pension pots.

In taking a TF lump sum, do I need to take 25% from each pot, or can I take 25% of the total value of all three from one pot, and then draw down on all three?

I realise I may want to consolidate all three into one pot, but that is a different matter.

Each pot is considered separately. You cant take the whole TFLS from one pot.
