We are just about to remortgage and need to get a solicitor for the conveyancing,
This is straightforward work so the cheaper the better.
Any recommendations?

Might be useful to say what area.
Nesbitts Solicitors on Cregagh Road would have been my choice based on both price and a clarity of information when I discussed my situation with him, though I ended up using my brother's solicitor.
