Hoping someone can answer this
My vendor and I are looking to complete 1 day after exchange but not sure how quick the solicitors can get the funds from Nationwide.
Anyone have experience of quick completion with Nationwide

Your solicitor will submit the Certificate Of Title a few days before exchanging contracts, ordering the money for the day of completion, or possibly the day before.
Leave your solicitor to do their job. They will know when they need to submit to get the funds in time.
As you may have gathered, the day between exchange and completion isn't relevant. Plenty exchange and complete on the same day and solicitors also manage that.I am a mortgage broker.
