Mortgage application and Overdraft Question

I know no one can give the exact answer but want to put my mind at rest.
I am currently preparing to port my existing mortgage to a new property and waiting to sell my current property.
Last night I was moving my money around and paid myself this week’s wage (Contractor with Ltd Company) I needed to take out £280 cash to pay my landlord for where I stay during the week (work away from home Mon-Thurs) The money I paid myself goes into my joint account before I take my cut and put it into my personal account.
Anyway I waited and waited for the money to clear so I could transfer it across but it was getting close to finishing work so I left it and called at the cash machine on my way out of work thinking id remember to transfer the money across when I got back to my 'digs'.
I forgot !!!!
It was only when my alarm went off at 5am this morning I remembered and immediately transferred my money across, 5 hours to late.
Is this going to play a major part in deciding if my mortgage will be accepted or not? Really beating myself up about it this morning because the money is readily available just wasn’t in the correct account by the witching hour (midnight)

You have a few hours leeway, and banks cash in at the end of day, so not much happens overnight.
If you are overdrawn at 9am you generally have until 3pm for it to register.0 -
I was overdrawn from 7pm when I took the cash out of the cash machine on Monday till 5am Tuesday when I transferred the moeny from my joint account to my personal account.0
