Electoral Roll

Hi all,

I'm currently in the process of applying for a mortgage. I've applied to register on the electoral roll and have received a letter from the council confirming this. However, this has not appeared on my credit report and it's saying i'm not registered.

I've already passed the AIP stage and my bank have checked my credit report - it's currently with the Halifax underwriters. My credit score is 928 without the registration.

Do you think it'll impact it much?

hello,

yes, I am registered at my family home. The strange thing is, on the report I sent to my broker it says i'm registered at my current address (rental address) yet in the detail it says i'm only registered at my family home.

If you've a previous continuous history then should be possible to satisfy the underwriters.
