Mortgage Valuation Report

Hello Everyone...
My Solicitor has requested our Mortgage Valuation Report from Lender urgently. My partner and I didn't receive this with our mortgage offer. My broker is also saying that it's hard for them to get a copy of it because it is usually just for the lender.
Not sure how to go about it really? Do I bypass our broker and go directly to the lender or just keep on at our broker to get them to get a copy to forward to our solicitor.

They need to forward it onto our Help to Buy agent as they wont issue an Authority to Exchange until they have it0
