Hi all,
I got married 18months ago in the dominican I have never changed my passport largely because I haven't had my certificate translated yet.
But now have a second son and he requires a passport so I need to change my own to my married name. I am therefore looking for a spanish to english translation it of course needs to be official but I would also like it as cheap as possible anyone know of anywhere that can do it cheaply and quickly.
TIA

Actually, you do not need to change your name although of course you can do so if you wish. Presumably your son has a birth certificate, and his passport will be in the same name as shown on his birth certificate.0

Yes thats true but I have to put my passport details on the form and the name on that and his birth certificate will not match I have contacted the passport office who have said that I will need to explain this on his application form and enclose a copy of my translated wedding certificate my own passport runs out next year so I have to get it done really I could probably use it for our trip this december but might as well get it done before the price increase in october being MSE and all.:j:love: Getting married to the man of my dreams 5th November 2011
