I was made bankrupt in June 2009 after a failed Iva and am in a reasonable job but would like to get a newish car what should I expect is getting a loan to buy the car
I know I can not do any thing until June but am really wanting a car that I do not have to spend loads on just to keep it going

Have you applied to the 3 CRAs for your Statutory Reports?
Have you previously ensured all Defaults on accounts included in the BR, are dated no later than the date of your petition?
With cars, you will spend, one way or another.....all that changes, is what your money gets spent on.
Get your stat. reports, and be patient, wait until June, or a bit afte, to allow the BR to disappear. No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
