About 2 years ago I was seriously ill. As a result of organ failure and probably the stress that went with it I have had a bit of a bald spot since. I say bald, no one has noticed except my partner and I think I do a good job of hiding it.
Recently I have noticed a kind of fuzz across the top of my hair. I have a bob and it's like maybe 2 cm tall sticking straight up from my scalp. I also have maybe 2 inches of hair growing from my hairline where the bald patch is.
I'm too embarrassed to speak to a hairdresser about it because even thinking about my bald patch makes me sad.
Has anyone had this? I don't know if maybe the hair is snapping off now? Maybe damage or maybe it's to growing back? Is there a good way of telling or tracking this hair?
