Remortgaging from Accord

Hi,

On a fixed deal with Accord and looking to take the hit on ERC to get on a better deal. I have done the maths and it makes sense but does anyone have any experience in terms of timescales, snags, costs from moving.

I am looking at offers from Nationwide and Yorkshire BS, both of whom offer free valuation and standard legal fees but do not want to be hit by unexpected fees above this.

Read the illutrations, specifically section 8 to see what is payable.

Thanks. I am reasonably comfortable with the redemption figures.

It was more if there is any likelihood of unexpected legal fees that tend to crop up, that the standard legal fees do not cover.
