Ill Try and keep this short and sweet.
Thanks in advance for taking time to read this, any input or advice is much appreciated. :)
Me and my partner applied for a mortgage with broker,
full application with Newcastle BS submitted who are happy to lend subject to survey and a few final documents. They would like me to Obtain proof of a previous residency in 2013.trouble is I didn't change my bank details from the address before that or register for electoral roll because it was my fianc!'s tenancy and it was only a short let I stayed between there and my sisters while I was deciding whether I would move to his parents in February 2013 in which I did and we have remained here since..So he was only in the previous address from AUG 2012- FEB 2013 My bank remained registered to the previous address before 2012. The only thing I obtained at my fianc!s flat was a contract mobile (which is paid off in full) and I registered our dog through micro chip .I'm not sure this is going to be sufficient enough for them there's nothing else i can do :( will this cost us our mortgage?

Not if the underwriter is a dog owner, they'll take that as cast iron proof!
