Nationwide - Underwriter decision

Hi
Just a quick question, my husband and I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for the underwriters at Nationwide to review all of our documents that they asked us to provide. They have satisfied all of the documents we have sent now.
Our financial adviser said NW called him yesterday (Friday) and advised that the underwriters will be looking at the documents on Monday of this week.
My question is how long does it take for the documents to be checked by the underwriter now that we have been told it is now going to be accessed?

Because we have been told that the docs will be actually looked at by someone on Monday, does this mean we will probably get an answer on Monday or possibly Tuesday?0

It's stoneage stuff if it gets referred to Head Office.
