Anyone know much about them?

they have taken over our hospitals services so was hoping some one on here also works for them to give me an insite

Not employed by them but have dealings with them over hospitals where they employ facilities staff.

Their staff are all on Agenda for Change T&Cs if that helps.

so do all staff tupe across? sames t and c holiday entitlement, sickness pension etc etc

I've dealt with transfers in 3 or 4 large community hospitals and yes, straightforward TUPE transfer.

The biggest difference staff noticed was that NHSPS wanted to change the uniform to one which the majority of staff apparently preferred.

private companies all ways want to make money, im not sure that jobs will be secure in the long term.

No job can give long term security these days, at our place we are having the third round of redundancies in 2 years!
