dealing with creditor contact (and lack of) whilst bankrupt

Hi peeps
Sorry if this has been posted before but I haven't been able to find the answers.
My mobile phone contracts were included in my bankruptcy but I keep getting letters from Vodafone saying that they want the outstanding balance paid. Obviously every time I receive a letter the amount is higher.
If I listed this in my SOA is there any reason why they wouldn't be included in the bankruptcy? The OR has never mentioned they wouldn't be.
Also, who do I direct my correspondence to? Do I contact Vodafone myself reminding them of my bankruptcy and give the OR's details or do I notify the OR that I am being hassled for the money? Or both?
Final question as I feel it is relevant to this post. My HP company wouldn't let me keep the car and advised me of this in November. The OR also said they had notified the HP of the bankruptcy. Due to this I obtained a different and low value vehicle.
The HP has not contacted me to collect the vehicle. Nor are they asking for money. The only correspondence i receive is to renew my plan and get a new car (automated marketing I'm guessing).
What should I do with this? I don't want to ring again as it's 0871 and I only have a mobile. The car is no longer taxed (SORN) and no longer insured. Would I be liable if something happened to it? I.e damaged? It isn't, but it is.parked elsewhere as I can't have two vehicles where I live
Thanks for your help

Hi Lee
Thanks for your reply I will get this sorted later today when I have access to a pc. That's really helpful, thanks!
Does anyone have any advice on.the HP situation? I have emailed them again and have no reply. I have a car that they won't let me keep and it's been four months since they said they would arrange to collect it....0 -
