Will i get Natwest's new rates

Morning,
Im waiting for Natwest to offer formal mortgage decision, valuation is next week and passed underwriting. However i note that Natwest have just dropped rates slightly and want to know if my rate will be adjusted accordingly?

Have you told them you want the new rates?
Rates could go up or down while your application goes through so they cant just change it without your say so.
Check if theres any fees for changing too as this will need to be checked before confirming its worthwhile.

If it hasn't been offered yet, it the product can be changed, fee-free.
