Fixed term/Temp contracts

Hi, my wife is a teacher with 7 years P60's - average of about 30k per year.
However, it has all been on year or 2 year contracts. Her existing contract started 01/09/2013 and was extended to 31/08/15....and likely to be extended again. There have been no gaps in employment and plenty of work available.
Are there many providers who will consider her?

Based on the info you've given shes shouldnt be excluded by a fair few lenders.
Best to have a sit down meeting with a broker who will do a full fact find on the two of you and recommend the best way forward.
