Has anyone any experience in dealing with UB with mortgage application.
I met their mortgage advisor last week and she processed my application stating that I have passed their credit check and that everything should be fine with Underwriters.
Is this the only credit check that will be done or will a further check be carried out by under writers? I have signed the application together with direct debit form at the same meeting.
Just want to put my mind at rest.
