Postcode Query

Hello!
We recently received conveyancing information in regards to the various searches and such.
We've noticed that the postcode on the deeds differ to what we were provided with on the memorandum of sale + a questionnaire that the seller filled in.
Now, I checked with Royal mail & both Postcodes are actually valid (brings up the exact property details and house number).
Our mortgage offer contains XXX XXX and the deeds state XXX XYY (where YY are the two different characters).
Is this a problem that needs to be rectified? Or seeing as both postcodes are actually valid... non-issue?
Thank you
n.b. I've pinged solicitor and awaiting reply, but wondering if anyone else had a viewpoint on this.
