FTB Help DIP ok, what else could go wrong?

I have a DIP with Nationwide, does this mean they have done a credit check and all is ok?
I am doing help to buy and have the authority to proceed.
25/02/15- Full mortgage application is going through with Nationwide
Valuation booked for Tuesday 4/3/15, its a new build and the house has been reduced for a quick sale so I can't see any issues with the valuation or surveys.
What else could go wrong? The developers want us in in the next 2 weeks, do I risk handing in my notice on my rented property hich they have said I can extend week by week if needs be or wait?
I am just worried for some reason they will change their mind about giving us a mortgage.
We are borrowing 2 x our joint annual salary, both have fair- excellent credit ratings depending which site (noodle, equifax, experian) the mortgage will only be an additional £50 a month compared to our rent and according to the budget planners we can easily afford it.
What is everyones experience of the Nationwide mortgage process at the moment is it relatively quick or not?
