obtaining old proof of address..help please?

Our MA just rung me to inform me that Newcastle have instructed A survey for the property on Tuesday, However they require some documents because we were not on the electoral roll at our last rented address due to being on a short let they require our proof of a address from that address like a bank statement where on earth do i get a bank statement from 2013 with the letter heading of the previous add?.. I also switched accounts when Lloyd tsb separated will the bank be able to provide me with a statement with old address? on thanks in advance
