Going overdrawn during mortgage application

Hi,
I'm having a bit of a nightmare. We are in the process of applying for a mortgage with Nationwide and are awaiting approval. That would be fine but Vodaphone today decided to take my phone bill two days early and I am now £40 overdrawn.
Vodaphone have admitted they made a mistake and will pay my bank charges but I'm worried it might effect our application.
Does anyone have any advice on how to handle it?
Thanks

Shouldn't cause you an issue. Though the NW maybe concerned that £40 causes you problems if they found out. .0

Thanks, it was in the bank account I only use for bills so I only keep the amount we need plus a small buffer and didn't realise it had been taken until today.0
