Hi All
I'm after buying my council house in Wakefield, but it's a WINGET property and I'm finding it really hard to find a mortgage, can anyone help? has anyone bought one recently through a mortgage company as I can't get a loan as it's too much...

Unless repaired according to an accepted scheme, a Winget property in original condition is deemed defective under the 1984/1985 Housing Acts.
