    No you are completely wrong.

    Self employed people able to prove their income to the lenders satisfaction require no more deposit than an employed person.

    MR-B, you have described a tricky situation on which you will not get anywhere without the proper advice.


    This means you need a broker with experience of adverse, self employment, and contractors.
