MySurvey/Globaltestmarket Connect: has anybody been credited?

I could be wrong but it looks like Mysurvey and GlobalTestmarket are the same company. I was invited by Mysurvey last month to install the "Connect App" as a Chrome extension (this appears as "Consumer Input"). I was promised 500 points for installing the extension + extra points for extra surveys. This hasn't happened. After back and forth emails, I was invited to uninstall the extension because they were not going to credit me anyway.
So I emailed GlobalTestMarket and asked them if I could reinstall the app and get credited on GTM instead (300 points on GTM). They said I could, provided I would uninstall the previous one, which I did.
Then I installed the extension following the link, but it looks like the app is not registered on the system.
They are usually very slow at replying and come out with nonsensical one liners. I don't think there's malice on their side, I'm rather convinced their apps are broken or maybe tailored for the US market.
Has anybody ever made any points from this extension?
Apart from that, I do receive credits for surveys.
