We are probably going to go with Nationwide so I'll remember to 'declare' my student loan, thank you!

Did you have to provide bank statements three months, and at what stage please?

I obtained a nationwide mortgage in 2013 with a late payment on my record from 2011, so hopefully that won't impact negatively.

    It isn't normal.

Was anything left out of your application in the first place, such as a middle name?

I can't think why the system needed to do two searches.

    My DIP- 10/02/15
    Full application- 26/02/15

Same info for DIP and full application as the broker wanted everything for the DIP and only required one further bank statement for full application

Annoyed me a bit as that will change my score :p Valuations been done, they have made a query on the student loan, still awaiting decision.

    :(
  • My DIP with Nationwide left 2 searches over 24 hours too.

They removed one later on my request. Might be a system glitch or Experian being donkeys.
