Apologies in advance if this is on the wrong thread. I purchased an in-car dvd player on the 23rd July and they have taken the money out of my account 2 days later. It states on the main page to be delivered within 2-3 days yet when i log in to track the order it states pending.

Has anyone ordered off this site and had the same problems?

I ordered a minidisc player from this company in April. I contacted them because I wanted to return it - eventually got a response via e-mail. I returned the item via special delivery and each time I checked on the post office website it said that the item had not been collected. Everytime I phoned the company number I only got an answering machine. I contacted the post office and they checked the address and said it was a residential address so I asked them to return it to me as I did not want to take a chance and lose my money and the minidisc player. I think there was a thread on another forum at the time with other people having problems with this company. Lets hope you get your delivery

I thought it could be the postal strike however it is still marked as pending when you log in to the account.

I have sent 3 emails and the telephone number just states no one can take your call and you cannot leave a message. I have tried ringing this around 50 times at all different times of the day.

Any ideas anyone?
