Hi,
Simply write and tell them to make contact In writing only.
And if your with a fee charging DMP company, ditch them as well, the money you pay them could be going towards your debt, you do not have to pay for this service, debt charities such as stepchange do it for free.

The company who am with don't charge a fee. As for moorcoft should I email them to tell them that I want they to stop calling my mobile phone as I never ever gave them permission to contact me on my mobile phone. As I said the only people who have my mobile number is my friends and family. Or should I tell them this in writing ????????.0 -

If you have an iPhone you can block the number.
I have also blocked No Caller ID numbers - if they don't want me to know who they are when calling me, I don't want to talk to them. Instructions below on how to block no caller ID numbers on iPhonesgo to settings- open "Do Not Disturb"
- slide on "Manual"
- tap on "Allow Calls From"
- Select "All Contacts"
All calls from numbers not on your contacts list will now be blocked. You can however still see all numbers that attempted to call you as missed calls. Verify the numbers and if legit, add them to your contacts list to receive any future calls from them.
I can't take credit for this though - linky here to credit where I got this information. It does workDFW Nerd No. 1484 LBM 07/01/15 Debt was £95k  Now debt free and happy :j0
