I love this NO BENEFITS other than CTC (they are still benefits) to me! you could be hit with a big bill soon, I have a feeling there has been a single claim on the tax credits.

Firstly op you have nothin.to worry about

In preparation for cases closing on the previous child support systems another of old cases are being visited to get any arrears due collected.

If.you or your partner didn't advise the agency of your getting back together they would not have closed the case. The only.reason they need the date you reconciled is to get the case closed from the correct.Date. If your partner contacts them and advises she doesn't wish for anything.to be collected on her behalf any.outstanding.amount.can be written off. For.obvious reasons the parent with care has to b.contacted otherwise cases would be incorrectly closed every day. The child support agency have no interest in what benefits beside jsa /income support when deciding who money is due to be paid to.

Feel free to pm if you want any further.advice :)
