FTB Refused AIP due to electoral roll

Hi, new here
Myself and partner have been refused AIP by my bank Natwest due to credit. The said they were unable to offer us the 5% help to buy 2 guarantee scheme as didnt qualify due to credit. My credit score with experia is 974, my girlfriends is 924. ?Neither of us have any outstanding debt, i have a £3000 credit card which is paid off each month.
The only problem we could find was we are both not registered on the electoral roll and haven't been for 5 years, since we lived in a rented flat for 4 years and have been living at her parents house for the last year.
We have both registered last week but it will not be put through until April 1st with the council and then however many weeks after this until the credit agencies update.
We have made a bid on our dream home for £160000 and have £8000 deposit ready + money for fees. Hoping to use the help to buy guarantee.
We earn 45000 per year between us with 0 dependants.
Are there any other banks which would consider giving us a mortgage with our poor electoral information? Or would we need to wait until we are registered, or even worse having been on the register for over a year

Go to a broker.theywill find lenders that match your criteria I'm pretty much in the same situation but natwest declined us.0

It's not to do with the numbers on the credit file - you just did not add up enough points on the Lender's system.
You get points for all sorts of things - but not many for a 5% deposit.
Increase your deposit, find another lender, or both.I am a Mortgage Broker
