Settlement figure

Hi, I recently enquired with my loan provider about a settlement figure and was alarmed at the amount still being quoted for a loan that is due to end in around 18 months. The figure was still 50% of the loan taken out!
The loan was originally with Ocean Finance but has since been passed on to Moorgate Loan Servicing and payments go out as 'Sancopia Portfolios No 1' on my statement.
I asked the provider for how this figure was made up, conformation of remaining term and current statement of account and not recieved anything in response. Not sure what to do next to get this resolved and understand.
Any advice / info appreciated. Thanks

If it's been passed on, was it the case that you weren't keeping up with payments? Will most likely have charges on if that's the case.
But as above, you've given no information about the loan, so not sure what advice you're after."Facism arrives as your friend.
