URGENT!! Miss on application not Mrs

I need some advice urgently!
we used a broker to gain our mortgage offer through Santander. Everything has been accepted and its with the solicitors now. Valuation came back fine.
Ive just noticed on my mortgage offer that I received through the post that it says Miss and not Mrs. Ive spoken to my mortgage advisor and he has said this is a clerical error on his part.
Does anyone know if santander will do another credit search with the new title?
everything else is correct like my name, address DOB etc.
Im just worried that if I need another credit search ot may be rejected.
Thanks

I would imagine it'll be fine. Santander are the only people who can tell you really.0

Nationwide was fussy as my partner's middle name was mistakenly omitted from our first application and we had to re-do the whole thing.
I can understand that, but your title should be fine. My Noddle/Callcredit report shows me as a Mrs and I'm a Mr, I emailed them when I noticed and got it changed but we still got our mortgage app through okay.0 -
Surely you are entitled to call yourself Miss/Mrs/ os Ms as you see fit? I can't imagine that this would have any effect???£1000 Emergency fund No90 £1000/1000

What about the title being incorrect? on the mortgage offer it says my full name including middle name but says Miss instead of Mrs.Debt Free September 2018 :j0 -
Will this result in a new full application having to be re-submitted?Debt Free September 2018 :j0

Why haven't you spoken to the lender rather than asking for opinions on here?0

You'd have to ask the lender but I can't see it being an issue. I think you can just choose what your title is rather than it being a legal thing. I call myself 'Ms' but am married so could just as easily be Mrs if I wanted, I don't think it matters.0

This is not the kind of issue a misspelt name or a missing middle name can be.
I would expect this to just be an admin headache for the broker - who is your best source for an update on this.I am a Mortgage Broker

Best correct sooner rather than later, as I would expect your solicitor (who works on behalf of you and the lender) will pick up the error when they complete their own identity and residence checks.0
