yesterday we recieved a letter from the woolwich (our soon to be mortgage providers) with a refund of our early repayment charge!!
for the early redemtion of our mortgage?
does that mean the solicitors have cancelled our mortgage?:eek:0 -
No, it's because you've not yet redeemed and hence the repayment charge isn't yet due.
They'll still want it in 2 weeks' time at the end of August.0
