Natwest Variable Income when applying

Hi,
Has anyone any experence with this.
we are getting very anxious at the moment. Our application is with the underwriters at the moment but our broker has concerns that my husbands salary each month can be up and down by apx £1,000 difference but the total for the year is always within a few £1,000. (7 years P60 to back this up) Would this made a huge difference for our application?

Im jsut doing a similar case with them now. Natwest want me to provide 6 months payslips which they will average out.
Thats the figure they want from me on this case.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thank you for your reply. We have given the last 24 payslips. If they average out ours it will add up to what the P60 says so on that we should be ok but we can not find anyone who had to do it like this.0 -
I wouldnt worry, unless affordability is very tight its unlikely to make a massive difference if the payslips and P60s are all the same or there abouts.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thank you for your reply.
We just got this "case has been underwritten and the homebuyers/valuation instructed today" so I assume this is we are good to relax?0 -
