Question about remortgaging my house

Hi,
I bought my house in 2012 for 90k but the home report valuation was £115,000 I believe. I'd like to remortgage it for this price if possible and borrow money to move to another property for BTL purposes. My current deal with Halifax ends in 2018 though.
Is this possible to do?
My house should still be worth it as I have a BTL property 2 doors down in which the home report was carried out in December and it stated a £115,000 valuation
Thanks
