Equity in House 6 years Post BR

Might sound silly but I'm worrying, for clarity, can the OR touch the equity in our house 6 years on?
When we went BR we were in negative equity and so purchased the interest for £1 each, anyway time has moved in and as well as mortgage payments making a difference, house prices have gone up to the tune we now have £60k equity.
The reason I'm asking is because I've just accepted an offer on the house and it's just worrying me, what if they take it?
I'm stuffed, and probably homeless!

Why would you lose your equity, you've bought the interest from the OR? It's yours to do what you want with.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Thanks Tigerfeet, that was my rational thought but I couldn't help but worry.
Deep down I knew the answer, but I reckon I just needed to hear it from someone else too!
Thanks again.I've been through the mill once or twice and come out the other side...0
