Only shows 6 records, 1 is new credit card I got, then my Santander account and 3 Clydesdale one and one from 3 and one for my internet.

However I have 2 searches from Lowell as Unrecorded Enquiry what does that mean? I am in dispute with them for mobile phone debt from 2009 (shall I just ignore it as last payment was made in May 2009 or can they be trying to register a default at last minute)

Only other query is on my Santander account, last year I had a unauthorised direct debit that made me overdrawn, took about a month to sort but got the matter sorted but it shows as a late payment! Shall I just contact Santander to get this lifted?

Finally is it normal to just have 6 records on file? Is that a good thing(of all only 1 late payment is the Santander error)

EDIT : looking at the further history for some reason Santander shows me under the 25-34 month period of having 6 missed payments which I know is wrong, all that is on my clydesdale is 2 missed payments in the same period which matches up to when I had identity theft so I wonder if thats why, my other accounts are clear with zero late payments

Does it look bad to have 2 accounts in that time frame to have 2 missed payments(not sure how it works, clydesdale one has number 1 or 2 but Santader says number 6 for a single circle) Again its down to identity theft as had a shared letter box and drug dealing neighbours stealing a lot of my stuff.

  • Did you report the identity theft to the police?

For an accurate record of your credit file, you need to check all three of the credit reference agencies.
Experian, equifax and noddle, noddle is free, you can obtain statutory reports from the other two for £2 each, off there respective websites.
If any entry is incorrect, you can dispute it directly from the webpage it's displayed on, that would be the way to go.

  • I would take up your Santander DD issue by contacting their complaints department directly.

They were very helpful with me and I also got some compensation for my trouble.

If you feel the information has been recorded incorrectly by your lenders on your Experian Credit Report (such as the missed/late payments and searches), please contact us we would be able to investigate and query this information they've provided directly with them.
