What I said is true, you asked a question and I answered it. The fact you don't know what your notice period doesn't negate the first point.
When you do find out whether it is 8 or 12 weeks then that is what you are legally obliged to give.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
Ultimately the question is thus - how much notice am I likely to be forced to serve? I'd prefer the thread not to deviate from this question. Other parameters are not relevant in this instance.
So the real answer if you want to leave earlier than you notice is how valuable to the company are you during your notice.
Or how much they want to mess you about.
No one can tell how you are perceived by your company.0
