Mash Direct prize not received

Hi, are there anybody won a Goody Bags containing Mash Direct products from Take a Break dairy in January received a prize? I have got a suspition my parcel has got lost in the post as I received a reply from Bauer that the prize has dispatched on 16th FEB.:(

    That was only a week ago. Id give it a bit more time.
