So kingstreet. By reading that, does it mean they wont re-credit check if you complete within 30 days. But they will re-credit check if you complete after 30 days?0

We applied back at the end of September, had 1 credit check done, mortgage offer was received within a week. We are buying a new build to.
Completing 2moro no other searches have been done so far!
We had a email from nationwide today saying good news, your solicitor has requested release of funds 11/03/15 etc etc
Does that mean that they have now sent the payment over anyone know? Our solicitor left early today so she's calling in the morning instead, they are doing it CHAPS0 -
