  • So kingstreet. By reading that, does it mean they wont re-credit check if you complete within 30 days. But they will re-credit check if you complete after 30 days?

    No. Wrong end of stick.

She is saying no further credit check is required if you move from DIP to full application within thirty days, but evidence here suggests otherwise, so I'm not sure what I've been told is accurate.

  • We applied back at the end of September, had 1 credit check done, mortgage offer was received within a week. We are buying a new build to.
Completing 2moro no other searches have been done so far!

We had a email from nationwide today saying good news, your solicitor has requested release of funds 11/03/15 etc etc

Does that mean that they have now sent the payment over anyone know? Our solicitor left early today so she's calling in the morning instead, they are doing it CHAPS

I just thought I'd add that going by this thread

Nuzik is not a broker or adviser.

Obviously, the signature says that their status isn't checked so this clearly rings true here.

Nice catch. His response in this thread makes no sense.

I got a further credit check by Nationwide a couple of days before they released the funds to my solicitor.
  • How long was it from your offer to completion?
