entering prescription for prescription glasses.

I'm ordering glasses online for my husband to use as a spare pair.
His prescription is from Vision Express and he needs glasses for both distance and near. Do I enter the full prescription for both distance and near or do I leave the "Add 1.25" off the distance glasses?

I've always scanned mine and sent it the the relevant company, It saves me time as my prescription is unusual and they tend not to believe it if I input it manually.0

You should provide the actual information regarding the eyesight of your husband for buying the glasses online. The online companies do not contain the glasses as per your given prescription. They generally have to prepare glasses according to customer specifications of their eyesight.0

I am inputting the actual prescription, I was just querying whether to input the add +1.25 for distance glasses or not.0 -
Leave the reading add off for the distance glasses but actually add it on to the distance prescription for the near/reading glasses
