I need to get back into baking and freezing cakes. Shamefully I have started buying them and supermarket bought cakes are (a) expensive and (b) not very nice.

They taste great! I bake muffins once a month and freeze the whole batch, I then take one every now and then and put it in the microwave for 20 seconds. So far I've tried banana/choc chips and apple/carrot, both defrost perfectly.0
