Mortgage help - would I be better off??
Comments
-
i have already stated at the top that the mortgage repayment after redemption charge is 133,500 or thereabouts.
current amount owed is around 131,000. the figure i gave is quoted from N&P as full redemption amount FYI0 -
this may or may not change anyones opinions of what i should do moving forward?0

Just spoken with my lender. They said at current overpayment levels I am due to pay off the mortgage in just over 9 years.
Presumably then this would mean any different rates out there wouldn't give me a much better deal.
The tesco and accord rates at wrote at the top would be 9 yr term but small increase per month payments.
Quite possibly problem solved?0 -
.??
Can't see any great benefit of switching unless think rates won't be so great when I come off deal in 18 months time0
