Nest log in username

Been trying to log in my nest account, I cannot remember my user name or do I log in using nest id or email address. When I click on security questions it does not recognise my email address. Anybody enrolled on Nest can help pl? Thanks

Well there is a "forgotten my username" option on the login screen. That requests your email address so it is unlikely that that is used as the username.
Why not use the "forgotten my username" link? You need your surname, PIN and email address.
Otherwise you get locked out after three attempts.0 -
Did use the forgotten username link and it says cannot recognize email address which I know is correct when I sign in.0

If it can't recognize your email address then start again by registering a new account.:footie:
