Okay so we got a declined offer with NatWest, we are not sure why as they will not disclose, however they did carry out survey on property. As we are going through a broker he has put in a new application with Newcastle building society. Any reviews of this bank?..

    Any concerns you have should be addressed to your broker.

    Your broker should know why you were not successful with NatWest and why NBS is now the preferred option.

    Thank you for your reply. They would not disclose with him either.
    well at least that's what he told me. He stated the survey was fine and that he was truly shocked we got declined! we have no debt whatsoever not even contract mobiles which i know sometimes having no credit can be a bad thing. However my partner had £1500 Overdraft and I had a £100 over which we were going into every month but they have both been paid off. Although MA stated that our overdrafts wernt a issue to begin with we can only think this is what made them decline.
