What do Lenders see on your Credit File?

Hi

Can anyone help, just wanting to know what mortgage lenders see on your credit file? Do they see exactly what I see on my Noodle Report? Month by Month balance and payment?

Do they see what you spend each month or do they just see what you pay each month and what your overall current outstanding balance is.

I know they see if you're on electoral role and if you have any CCJ's missed/late payment etc...

They most certainly see your outstanding balances, and how you have managed those accounts.

Chances are they may even see more than you unless you also know what is on your experian or equifax files as there may potentially be differentiating records on your accounts/history between the 3 cra's.
