Mortgage Fixed Rate Question

Hi all
Just a general question, paperwork on my mortgage is not that clear.
I am 14 Months into a 24 month fixed, with a penalty if I leave earlier.
We are thinking of moving house, seen one that is perfect upgrade for us.
Its a question on the mortgage woolwich have not been very helpful and have just want us to commit to buying and then will let us know how much to remortgage.
Can you run 2 small mortgages on the same properties or is it best to just take the penalty hit and get a new mortgage, or wait and see what Woolwich can do for us.
Would be nice if Woolwich where a bit more helpful!!

You can have multiple sub accounts (loans) on a property secured by one mortgage.
Until you apply the Woolwich aren't in a position to tell you what they'll offer.0 -
Are you looking to sell your current house and move to a new one?0

Woolwich should allow you to take your current product over to the new property and (subject to underwriting) top it up with a new product for any extra funds.
Your ability to take the current product with you can be hampered if you are looking to increase your loan to value.
If you want sensible advice and service to make this happen have a mortgage broker deal with it for you.I am a Mortgage Broker
