Mortgage Porting.....Help Needed

Hi everyone,
I am in the process of porting my Mortgage but am concerned about the Final Settlement Statement that my solicitor has obtained from Woolwich.
I was on a 2year fixed rate mortgage with Santander. After the two years we changed to a 5yr fixed rate with Woolwich. We are now a year into this mortgage and are in the process of moving to a new home and in the process of porting the mortgage for the new home with Woolwich.
Would there be an early repayment charge/fee for porting the mortgage?? I am worried that the Settlement Statement includes a early repayment fee as their figures and mine do not correlate.
I just wanted some advice before trying to get into a Barclays early next week.
Any help appreciated.

Have you told your solicitor you won't be settling your mortgage and instead your porting it? It seems a standard protocol that they get in touch with the mortgage company for the settlement which will always include an ERC unless they know that you're porting.
Normally there isn't a charge for porting, you'll need to get in touch with your mortgage company to find out.0
