Haven't heard from anyone who's actually been sent the bonus codeword that was supposed to be emailed yesterday,no-one I've talked to has yet received it.

The bonus code word I was emailed was VALE

I received the email telling me I only had to collect 4 more tokens to go with the bonus word emailed to me the previous day but never got the email from the previous day so no bonus word

I emailed ukhits and they replied telling me that they could not resend the email and i would therefore have to collect 5 tokens!

I had same email advertising the promotion but no email with a bonus code. Advert says you only need code words so I guess we dont need a priority code.
I assume that we can just use the word posted on here, but it worries me for future promotions when you need an online booking ref.

I had the same issue with not receiving this bonus e-mail. I contacted Club950 and they said basically they can not re-issue them.

Now... if I used my priority booking reference back in January, does that reference number change?

Thinking about booking a UK holiday through this deal but have a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can help with.
Are all parks available on all dates? I've been on the website, but I can't see which ones are available when. I'm particularly thinking of Grannies Heilan Hame for 4 nights on the 29th June. Does anyone know if this is a possibility?

I would think it's a possibility,unless Scotlands School Holidays are during that date then they might not ask for any slots during that time.

That's Newquay View Resort and 3 Pontins sites.
If thinking about Pontins I would urge you to check trip advisor first.

*October 26 holidays available at park numbers 56, 58 and 142 only.
All 3 are Pontins.
